Dressing up and dressing slouchy at the same time is a favorite of mine. Typically, if I am wearing a dress, I like to pair it with flats or casual shoes more than just some heels. This goes for the same with this outfit above. Slouchy looks have my heart and they always look great with some nice shoes and accessories.

MOMMY & BAY HAIR ACCESSORY GIVEAWAY

Easter was so fun. Besides the fact that we were 3 minutes late (gurrr!) to the Easter egg hunt and therefore Bailee missed all the goodies, it was really fun. We took these photos in the morning (probably the reason we were late for the hunt) but I couldn't help myself because of this cute picket fence and blooming tulips. Make sure to take notice to these adorable gold headbands that Bailee and I were twiners on. The headbands from Mommy&Bay are darling and therefore we have teamed up to give you a pair of your own ALONG WITH some additional spring clips for your minnie.

SUNNY SUMMER

I have always had an extreme desire to dress super simple or wear plenty of accessories and layers all at once. This kind of becomes difficult in the summer though because it is so hot. That is why I typically choose some fun socks with my heels/wedges because my feet are typically the last places that feel the heat. This striped top from Annie Jean Apparel is so light weight and breezy it kept me cool all day (even with a leather utility jacket tied around my waist). I just get so excited about the sun that I can't help but to start looking at places to travel. Dave and I are planning on going to San Francisco but need ideas of some things to do there. Your helpful comments will be much appreciated!

MAD FOR HALOS HIPPIE LOOK + HALO GIVEAWAY!

Talk about bright colors, right? I was feeling overly happy this day and apparently went crazy on bright colors. I am glad that the colors were brought together by this lovely cardigan though. :) Anyway, floral halos are so fun. I wore this gorgeous halo with a typical hair style in this post but earlier this week, I also wore it over my beanie and wrapped around a messy bun. Visit my Instagram if you want updates in the future on how to style these halos differently. I will definitely be wearing these a ton this summer. They add a perfect amount of beauty to your hair if you are trying to get out of the house quickly or want to pull your hair up off your neck on a hot day.
