WEEKEND LOOK

I am so excited that the weekend is here! This week has been one exhausting one and I am ready to relax and have some fun. There are a couple things I want to cover. The first is, these boots are on sale right now. I have been wearing them nonstop since the 4th of July. I love showing the stars and stripes on the inside even if it isn't the holiday still. I am an American and proud of it! ;) Also, I just received my first box from Le Tote! If you haven't heard of them, then it is time you do! For a monthly rate, they send you a box full of clothing and you can either keep it or send it back for more clothing. Way to expand your closet without actually weighing it down!

WEEKEND STYLE

We went to St. George last weekend and it was a blast. My favorite part was the heat. I am pretty sure I got no color to my skin though. My shame made me wear pants in this post, but at least the booties show a little skin ;) Also, I am obsessed with circle sunglasses. As you can tell, I always wear the same ones from Nordstrom but the hubs told me I could splurge on a few pairs (I guess it wasn't a splurge though because they were $6 each). I got these reflective pairs where the sun really shines against them. Super cute!

I decided that the view of the mountains right now are just gorgeous so you might finding me taking photos at this location several times this summer. Flowing skirts are so nice to wear when the weather is hot but a little breezy. MAD FOR HALOS HIPPIE LOOK + HALO GIVEAWAY!

Talk about bright colors, right? I was feeling overly happy this day and apparently went crazy on bright colors. I am glad that the colors were brought together by this lovely cardigan though. :) Anyway, floral halos are so fun. I wore this gorgeous halo with a typical hair style in this post but earlier this week, I also wore it over my beanie and wrapped around a messy bun. Visit  my Instagram if you want updates in the future on how to style these halos differently. I will definitely be wearing these a ton this summer. They add a perfect amount of beauty to your hair if you are trying to get out of the house quickly or want to pull your hair up off your neck on a hot day.

Graphic t-shirts are so fun. I have been experiencing more and more with this top lately and I love how I can throw on a beanie and some jeans and voila! Or, I can do something out of the ordinary with it, too. Either way, this top from Press Fashion is adorable. Visit their site today to be inspired.

I know this tulle vest item is a little out there {my husband at least says it is every time he sees it :)}, but I just felt I had to wear it once in my life since it has been transferring between my sister's and my closet for the past year now, and still had the tags on it before this day.

STRIPES AND MORE STRIPES

The sun is shining and I am happy! Too often do I dress for warmer weather than is actually present. I have this thing against jackets and coats and always have (ask my mother). That's why this light weight duster is perfect! It gives me the just amount of warmth needed and looks super fun with almost anything. I paired it with this daisy crop top tank that I am obsessed with. Daisies? Yes please! Also, these flats have a strap around the ankle. I am all about having simple things, especially when you can get these basics to have a twist to them. Straps on flats, floral sunnies, etc.
