Blues are definitely catching my eye right now. Can't you tell? I love how the shades look paired with a white shirt. Light colors in the summer are awesome because when you aren't getting a tan (like me), you can still make it look like you aren't as white as you really are.

Good morning! Today's look was definitely experimenting with lots of shades of blue and green. I decided to dress up a little more for our date by wearing heels. Whenever I wear heels, I like to wear baggy pants and a loose shirt. I feel it compensates my look so I don't look overly dressed up. Dressing up too much has never been my thing and that is why I feel more comfortable styling my looks this way. It's time to summer-fy all your closet items. This is one item that I used the summer-fy technique on this last week. Pull your maxi skirt up to your chest and now it is a shorter dress. Super fun and will keep you a little more cool!

MY COMFY PANTS DRESSED UP

My husband and I went to Park City a couple months ago and I got this button up top at Nordstrom on clearance. It was love at first sight. Our trip was really fun and I loved pairing it with these black harem pants. My favorite kind of styles are comfy ones and this outfit hit the spot.

I can't believe we have already gone through one holiday so far! Thanksgiving is over and it kind of makes me sad to think that this time of year just flies by!
