Graphic t-shirts are so fun. I have been experiencing more and more with this top lately and I love how I can throw on a beanie and some jeans and voila! I know this tulle vest item is a little out there {my husband at least says it is every time he sees it :)}, but I just felt I had to wear it once in my life since it has been transferring between my sister's and my closet for the past year now, and still had the tags on it before this day.
