SUMMER DRESS

Happy Monday! When shopping, dresses and shorts really have my eye. I love this light weight dress I found at h&m. It keeps me nice and cool and I can pair them with some fun sneakers when I am not in the mood to wear high heels.

I'M A WIFEY

Clothing is an excellent way to express how you feel and this shirt definitely spoke to me! I love Mindy Mae's Market and all of their clothing and accessories. I wore this shirt on the coast of Half Moon Bay in California. Absolutely gorgeous place and it was so fun to just ride a motorcycle (for my FIRST time) all day with the hubs.

I paired this shirt with some pops of colors that were in the wifey monogram. That way, the colors would be more bright and eye catching!

DON'T GET MAD, GET PLAID

Okay cheesy title right? I wanted to be creative and I asked Dave what to put and him and my dad of all people in the room were trying to come up with some ideas. Anyway, all they had were phrases like my title above. My dad does upholstery and inherited this darling headboard from one of his clients. I love it so much, I thought I needed to take some photos with it. You don't usually see me in plaid and a fitted shirt so really soak in this moment. I am always wearing baggy tops so this was quite unusual. A good unusual. Oh and I'm obsessed with my new ankle boots. That's all.

IT'S A SNOW DAY

Okay, it really isn't a snow day. I just thought I better use these photos of me in a ton of snow before the weather completely clears up and no one ever wants to look at snow again! I love the rainy weather we have been getting actually. Grey is definitely my color! My husband picked out this sweater for me and gave it to me as a gift. I was pretty impressed with his taste! He does quite a good job when it comes to shopping for me. I can't wait to see what is in store for Valentine's Day ;) Probably treats and candy of some sort. Yum!

MY TRIBAL SIDE

I thought because I was wearing somewhat of a tribal print/color scheme, I needed to put a braid in my hair. Doesn't the two just seem to go hand in hand? Whenever I wear a baggy top, I always like to wear something more tight on my legs. Whether that be some skinnies or some leggings. Either are amazing to me! I'm also obsessed with these boots. I love shoes a ton but I usually have to have a serious connection with them in order to get them, and in this case I do. The laces and touch of red on the zipper really catch my eye! Lastly, to spice the images up, what a great wall! It matches me perfectly!

Hallelujah, it is Friday! Do I get overly excited about these days? Maybe it is because next week we are doing an amazing giveaway with toADORN again so stay tuned to that. The weather is pretty chilly and I am not one to enjoy the slightest bit of cold! For Christmas we got a bed warming comforter and I blast mine every night!
